Terms & Conditions of Hirush Global LLP

1. Definitions

• Client means any person or entity engaging Hirush Global LLP for services.
• User means any visitor of the Site.
• Services means the SEO, LLMO, content creation, website optimization, or related services offered by us.
• Deliverables refers to the output or work product we provide under any service agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our Services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide specialized services in search visibility including SEO, Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO), content strategy, technical site audits, static website optimization, and related consultancy.

We do not provide full-suite digital marketing services like paid ads management, social media management, unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, access to relevant data, website login credentials, content, and timely feedback.
• Ensure content they supply does not infringe third-party rights, is lawful, and their usage complies with applicable laws.

5. Fees, Payment Terms, and Refunds

All Services are charged according to quoted pricing. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to pause or cease work until payment is made.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once deliverables are accepted. For subscriptions or monthly retainers, unused portion may be prorated or credited at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Hirush Global retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, SOPs, tools, content templates, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Upon full payment, the Deliverables produced specifically for the Client are licensed to the Client for use, subject to these Terms.

The Client may not redistribute, resell, or publicly reproduce our proprietary tools or materials without permission.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat client data, website access credentials, business practices, content, and outcomes as confidential. We will not disclose them except as required by law or with written consent.

8. Accuracy, Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

We strive for accuracy in service, content, and predictions; however, due to the evolving nature of search algorithms and AI, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or rankings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirush Global LLP is not liable for loss of business, profits, or indirect damages arising from our service.

Our total liability in connection to any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant service.

9. Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if the Client breaches Terms, fails to provide required materials, or for non-payment.

Upon termination, Client pays for work done to the date of termination; rights to deliverables issued remain governed by Section 6.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. If a dispute arises, both parties will attempt mediation first; if mediation fails, matters may be taken to competent courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
